Coaching Model


Our approach to coaching is simple – initially, we encourage you to start a meaningful conversation. 

Our coaching sessions are divided into three categories where we would ENGAGE initially to get to know one another and agree a way forward. Second stage is to book a session that is focused on a specific issue. And lastly to delve into a more thorough coaching session which is less structured and more person centred.
